From connected thermostats to Service Monitoring: Pilgrim's story

Pilgrim Beart, DevicePilot CEO, has a passion to change the world for the better, with 30 years’ experience leading innovation in groundbreaking, high-tech companies and working at the cutting edge of IoT innovation throughout his career. In 2006, he co-founded AlertMe, later purchased by British Gas to become their Hive offering.

This first-hand experience of building and scaling a connected product company gave him unique insight into how IoT companies need tools to help their manage their devices better. This led him to build DevicePilot, helping business operating connected devices get a single pane of glass of their estate driving up customer satisfaction and growth, while reducing operational costs.
